All bookings require a minimum duration of 3 hours. A service charge of $30 per booking applies to production rentals, while event rentals incur a $50 service charge. Set-up and tear-down must be completed within the reserved booking hours, and guests are responsible for restoring the studio to its original condition by the end of their booking.
